Hendon Golf Club is a member-owned club at Ashley Walk in Mill Hill, founded in 1903. Its eighteen-hole parkland course has tree-lined fairways and a layout redesigned by Harry Colt in the 1920s. Fighting Fit Fencing is based at Queens Road Estate in Barnet and teaches fencing to children, teenagers and adults. Its programme includes Little Fence classes for ages four to six, youth and teen sessions, adult fencing and competitive squad training. Barnet & District Athletic Club provides road running, cross-country and track and field athletics. Adult running groups cater for different paces, with weekday sessions starting from New Barnet Leisure Centre. Young athletes aged nine to sixteen receive coached training and compete in seasonal leagues. Sprint and throwing sessions take place at StoneX Stadium, while weekend running groups meet at Trent Park.
