WHY TRAIN WITH US?​

We are one of the largest Savate clubs in the country, home to multiple British champions, founded in 2004 by World Champion James Southwood. We help develop beginners into fitter, more confident, more flexible versions of themselves.

SAVATE​

Savate, or French boxing, is an accurate and elegant style of kickboxing. Literally an old shoe, and dating from the 1800s, Savate is now a modern ring fighting sport practised by men and women around the world.
