We help develop beginners into fitter, more confident, more flexible versions of themselves. SAVATE Savate, or French boxing, is an accurate and elegant style of kickboxing. Literally an old shoe, and dating from the 1800s, Savate is now a modern ring fighting sport practised by men and women around the world.
